Dodgers hire Steinberg as chief marketing officer (AP)
Dr. Charles Steinberg, once a statistician for Hall of Fame manager Earl Weaver in Baltimore and later the Orioles’ team dentist, has been hired by the Los Angeles Dodgers as chief marketing officer.
