Adrian Gonzalez doubled home the go-ahead run in the eighth, and the San Diego Padres snapped a four-game skid with a 5-3 win over the Colorado Rockies on Tuesday night. Cubs pitcher Kerry Wood walked a batter and didn’t record a strikeout during a brief one-inning relief appearance in a minor league rehab assignment Tuesday.
