Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder J.D. Drew opted out of the final three years of his contract Thursday, making him eligible to become a free agent. “He led the club in RBIs. Rangers coach going back to minors (AP)
Rangers first-base coach and outfield instructor Bobby Jones is going back to the minor leagues as a manager instead of remaining on the staff for new manager Ron Washington.
